The SmartPowerCube™ is a 500W linear power amplifier designed for mobile and base station operation.

    Fully microprocessor controlled for all functions:
  • 7 band selections
  • PTT, and VSWR Protection
  • Collector current balance and level and operating temperature control.

    All functions are selected by sensing only the drive input power and frequency. Amplifier will work with any SSB, AME, CW or RTTY transmitter or transceiver from 1.8 to 30 Mhz and 50 to 150 watts. No control connections are required from the driver unit.

    Remote Control Unit for SG-500

    This compact box permits convenient remote-control operation of the SG-500 amplifier and includes an ON/OFF switch with LED for visual indication of DC power. Supplied with the unit are 15 feet of control cable and required plugs for the panel connection to the amplifier. For dash board mounting, velcro adhesive strips are also supplied.

    Continuous Operation Fan Kit for SG-500

    This kit provides 24 hour continuous operation at 500 watts PEP or CW under high stress conditions for SG-500 linear amplifier. The assembly is a 12VDC low profile fan attachment outside of SG-500 power amplifier enclosure. It is brushless and is activated automatically when heatsink or ambient temperatures exceed 50° C. The fan also extends the units' operation from +70° to +85° C ambient temperature under normal 500 watts PEP setting, and allows continuous operation (24 hours) at 375 Watts CW with maximum of 35°C room temperature.

    Smart Selenoid Vehicle Battery Separator

    The SGC Battery Separator is designed for use when an auxiliary battery is used in addition to the main battery and charging system of a vehicle. This unit protects the main battery and the auxiliary battery by continually monitoring the status of each battery's charge potential. A delay function has been incorporated in the control circuit to prevent the Battery Separator from reacting to momentary voltage fluctuations and chattering.
